Shareholder Privacy Policy

1. Who controls the data

The share register and the data in it are controlled by MY TREES Holding SE, Company ID (IČO) 03127702, VAT CZ03127702, registered office Fügnerovo náměstí 1808/3, Nové Město (Praha 2), 120 00 Praha, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file H 1436 ("we").

You sign in with a MyTrees account, kept by PERFECT NETWORK, Inc., odštěpný závod, IČO 05274630, at the same address, which also operates this application. The sign-in account is covered by PERFECT NETWORK's policy.

2. What we process

• Shareholder details: name, titles, date of birth, where given a birth number, address; for companies the name and company ID.
• Shares: number of shares, the numbers and status of your global certificates, how and from whom you acquired them.
• Bank details for dividend payments.
• Contact: e-mail and phone, and a record of the e-mails we sent you about your shares.

3. Purpose & legal basis

• Keeping the register of shareholders and exchanging global certificates — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), Czech Business Corporations Act).
• Paying dividends and communicating with shareholders — our obligations towards you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Showing your shareholding in the application — on the consent you give when you first open it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Processors & recipients

• PERFECT NETWORK, Inc., odštěpný závod — operates the application and the sign-in accounts.
• Supabase — authentication and database (EU, Frankfurt); Cloudflare — application hosting.
• SmartEmailing — sending e-mails to shareholders.

5. Retention

Register data is kept for as long as the law requires for the register of shareholders and for accounting.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, restriction, objection, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to info@mytrees.holdings. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
