1. Who runs the application

The shareholders' application is operated for MY TREES Holding SE, Company ID (IČO) 03127702, registered office Fügnerovo náměstí 1808/3, Nové Město (Praha 2), 120 00 Praha, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague under file H 1436 ("we"), by PERFECT NETWORK, Inc., odštěpný závod, IČO 05274630.

2. What it is for

Shareholders of MY TREES Holding SE see their holding as recorded in the register of shareholders, the status of their global-certificate exchange and how they acquired their shares, and confirm the details the certificates are issued and dividends paid by. The application is not a subscription offer or an investment offering.

3. Account & sign-in

You sign in with a MyTrees account (email and password, or Google), kept by PERFECT NETWORK, Inc., odštěpný závod. Your shares show under the e-mail recorded in the register of shareholders. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Correct details

By confirming your details you represent that they are correct to the best of your knowledge. Report discrepancies to info@mytrees.holdings. The register of shareholders kept by MY TREES Holding SE is authoritative.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
